Ardaman Milestones

Several Ardaman employees have received special recognition or reached important milestones in their careers.

Josh Rakestraw, Tallahassee Project Manager, passed his Fundamentals of Engineering examination in the process of obtaining his Engineering Intern license.

Sofia Roman Echevarria, E.I., Port St. Lucie Asst. Project Engineer, has been elected as an officer to the Myakka Chapter of FES.

Alexandra Aydelotte, P.E., Orlando Project Engineer, currently holds the 2019-2020 Officer position as the ASCE Community Service and Social Media Chair. She has been an advocate of ASCE throughout her career and has been an active member in the society for over a decade.

Cindy Parker, Tampa Branch Administrator, will be retiring October 2nd, after nearly 20 years.
“I want to take this opportunity to say how much I have enjoyed working with all of you at Ardaman for the past 20 years. Now when I look back, it has gone by so quickly. I am excited to begin my next chapter in life, RVing and Quilting. I will miss many of you as we have become good friends and shared so many good times. I wish all of you the best, and hopefully, we will stay in touch.”

Mimi Marshall, Tampa Administrative Assistant, will be retiring October 31st, after 10 years.
“What can I say to Ardaman after working here just shy of 10 years?  How about, “Thanks for the Memories”?
Every single person here has touched my life, and I have been blessed by all of you.
A big shout out to all of you who were patient with me.  (Like ESS: “There’s something wrong with this phone, I think it is broke”.  “Mimi, did you try turning your volume up”)?
Yes, I was the “comic relief” for this office.  Most times on purpose, sometimes by having blonde moments!  If it made them laugh, I did my job.
Thank you, Whitney, for letting me be me.  (“Mimi, you’re singing the Beatles out loud again”).
Now, on to the good life!  Sleeping in later than 5:15am; not fighting traffic; traveling, (when safe) to see my family; going to Beatlefests; a glass of wine in the hot tub, ahhhh, the simple life!”
