April 13, 2018 marked the 17th Edition of the Ardaman Invitational Golf Tournament.
Over 130 guests and Ardaman employees gathered at the Falcon’s Fire Golf Club in Kissimmee, Florida, which has served as the venue for the Ardaman Invitational since its inception. The tournament was preceded by a noon lunch/social gathering after which there was a “shotgun” start. The players were “helped” on several of the holes by Ernie Cox, Dr. Nadim Fuleihan, Mohamad Al Hawaree, Dr. Ashraf Riad and Mark Mongeau (although the actual amount of help was questionable). Sadly, none of the golfers could “ace” the contest holes for the chance at winning a Corvette or an Escalade. Nevertheless, the day was sunny, the food and drink were good and the camaraderie was the best.
The day was capped by an awards banquet during which prizes were presented; some for golfing prowess and others for those more lucky than skilled. By any measure the event was a rousing success, and, as they say, “. . .a good time was had by all.” See you next year.
