Over the past 6 months Ardaman & Associates, Inc. has supported the American Public Works Association in several ways. Last fall the national APWA organization held its PWX (Public Works Expo) in Orlando, Florida. Ardaman was a sponsor of the event and participated in the EXPO by attending several of the presentations and ceremonies and was recognized at the Sponsor Appreciation dinner. (Picture attached)
More recently, Ardaman participated in the APWA Florida Expo held in Jacksonville Florida, April 16th to 19th. Mark Mongeau represented the Company and presented a well-received educational session on professional practice and leadership titled Everything I Know about Being a Good Engineer I Learned from My Dogs. Ardaman also was an exhibitor in the Exhibition Hall and was visited by a steady stream of public works officials and employees from around Florida to meet our staff, learn about our capabilities and scoop up the traditionally popular Ardaman “giveaways” (the supply of which was exhausted by lunchtime on the exhibit day).
Ardaman & Associates, Inc. serves over 100 public entities in Florida and Louisiana including cities, counties and parishes, and state agencies, and our participation in various APWA events is one way of supporting the valuable work of the many dedicated public servants in our communities.
